Before production
Writing lyrics is free. You review and approve the lyrics before you pay, so you know exactly what will be sung.
Completed songs
Each song is produced individually on demand and incurs costs immediately, so completed orders (songs delivered to your order page or email) are non-refundable. Every order includes two different versions.
Technical problems
If a technical error prevents us from delivering your song, we will regenerate it at no cost or issue a full refund.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment.
